A big thank you to our strong round of speakers at yesterday’s IAFP employee shareholding round table in Paris:
Claire Heppenstall, Novartis. Switzerland.
Luc Steensels, Randstad. Belgium.
Camille Lagauterie, TotalEnergies. France.
Johannes Pointner, Voestalpine. Austria.
Nicola Pela, Atlantia. Italy.
Hans de Jong, Ericsson. Sweden.
Graeme Nuttall, who did the opening remarks.
We heard our speakers talk about the challenges of implementing in over 100 countries, about high participation rates, of new attractive models of matching and discount plans, of how to manage very large investments of the employees in their companies, of new ways of looking at shorter or no lock-up periods, of building attachment to the company and employee engagement, of life stages and how to access the investment, of the importance of local management engagement, of the culture and income differentials, of the wish for further harmonization within the EU and of the huge importance of communication and making it easy to understand the plans.
It was a great pleasure to be the moderator of this meeting. Hope you will join us for the next round table in 2022.
