It is always a great experience when you get the opportunity to share openly with other companies. Recently I had the pleasure of being invited to present at the 2021 C&B webinar of the Orange group in Paris.
Joining Antoine Bodin and his international rewards team, we had a very open dialogue and exchange around the advantages of a global C&B policy and the roadmap to get there. Also around customer focus in rewards to achieve engagement, about the need to focus on both group and local market expectations, about agile rewards and about how ESG is having an ever increasing impact on our daily work.
