On June 17th 2021 Jorgen presented the study of The Future of Work, employee benefits and work trends, together with Jonathan Bruce from Benify. This was a presentation and discussion around the feedback from more than 58.000 employees across Europe.
What effects have the pandemic had on how we work ? What benefits and rewards do employees want for the future ?
In summary we saw that what employees want today are:
-More flexibility to where and when to work.
-Clearer information about their benefits and digital tools in order to reach them.
-Larger selection and choice of personalized benefits.
-More health and wellbeing support.
-An employer brand with a clear sustainability agenda for environmental and social aspects.
